My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious and warm, even when it was freezing outside, with an amazing balcony offering stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. While some cleaning issues were present like hair in the shower, overall it was a cozy and comfortable space for families. The service provided by the staff, especially Adriano who also acted as our hiking guide, was outstanding. The location, right in the center with easy access to everything and close to bus stops for the slopes, was incredibly convenient. The dining experience offered a good selection of food, though quite similar to other Swiss hotels. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely warm ambiance despite the freezing outdoor temperatures. The service was top-notch with a special shoutout to Adriano, who not only helped with accommodation but also served as a fantastic hiking guide. The location couldn't have been more convenient, just a stone's throw away from the main train station. The dining options were decent, offering a good mix of hot and cold varieties. The facilities were well-equipped to meet my needs, making my overall experience quite enjoyable.
